I must admit, I wondered what are the Universe could possibly be trying to inform me, or where my inner guidance is looking to draw my attention.

Because of this exchange, it behooves us to adopt care of our own environment, and the ones around us. We are connected from the air we share.
And most apparent ' breath is life. If we have been breathing, and now we know it, we're alive! Breathing is really a full mind-body-spirit experience.
